Apps On The Move

This update fixes the following issues:

+ Adding subitems to an item created from a template now works as expected

+ beorg no longer adds leading zeros to clock time in the logbook drawer

+ Warning period parsed so items show in agenda (the warning period however is not yet editable or applied in the agenda)
