If beorg is crashing it should send a crash report automatically. If this isn't happening you may be asked to provide the crash report yourself.


Sync your iPhone/iPad with iTunes

You'll need to start by plugging your iPhone/iPad into your computer and syncing with iTunes.

Finding the crash report

If you are on macOS:

  1. Open Finder
  2. Select Go to Folder... from the Go menu
  3. Type ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/
  4. Find and open the folder with the name of your iPhone/iPad (for example "Matthew's iPhone 8")
  5. Attach the files starting with iosorgmode (this was an early name for beorg) to an email to support@appsonthemove.com or ticket

For those of you on Microsoft Windows:

  1. Open Windows Explorer
  2. Enter %appdata% in the location bar
  3. Click on the folders Roaming, Apple computer, Logs, CrashReport, Mobile Device and then your iPhone/iPad name
  4. Attach the files starting with iosorgmode (this was an early name for beorg) to an email to support@appsonthemove.com or ticket
