Box not syncing with SSO login

My uni has a box subscription for students which is accessible via the SSO. Box got linked but is not able to sync files.

The first step is to look at the beorg log to get more information about why files are not syncing. See https://beorg.app/support/debug/ for a description of how to do this.


Once you've taken a look at the log and nothing pops out as being wrong in your setup please raise a ticket and paste the relevant parts of the log so I can take a look.
