Additional methods to create notes in the “notes” folder

I’m assuming since this is optional feature, it won’t be top priority. But as you are formulating ways to develop it further, could you possibly add a way to create new notes using url scheme; possibly with template support?

I'm hoping to relatively soon turn on subfolders support by default, at that point it definitely makes sense to extend the URL scheme to support adding notes in the same way you can add items.
