All of my org files now appear in the app as though they were inside a folder called “es”. This appears to be a duplication of the last two characters of the folder where the org files actually sit (org-files/). I am syncing via WebDAV and the actual folder structure has not changed. Syncing appears to be blocked, since it is trying to put files in a folder that doesn’t exist.
I think I figured it out. The path to my org files folder has a space (/Home Server/org-files). Moving the files to a path without a space fixes the problem.

Thanks for the update on fixing this. I've made a note to do some more testing where folders have spaces in them.
